1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, requesting a quote, or submitting a booking or inquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Abar Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. "You" means the person using the site or requesting our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age — the age of majority in British Columbia — and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in order to book services through this website. By booking, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are the owner or occupant of the property, or are authorized to arrange cleaning services for it.

3. These terms and our service agreements

This website is the starting point, not the contract for the work. Before your first appointment you will be asked to review and sign our Client Service Agreement, and each booking is subject to a Cleaning Services Agreement covering that specific appointment.

4. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown by our online quoting tool are estimates based on the information you provide. They are an invitation to book, not a binding offer, and they are not final until we confirm your booking in writing.

• A quote assumes the property is in a condition consistent with what you described. If the actual scope differs materially — additional rooms, heavy soiling, or conditions requiring extra time — we will contact you before applying any additional charge.
• Event cleaning is custom-quoted. The booking tool does not generate a price for event cleaning; we confirm pricing after discussing the venue and requirements with you.
• Additional time beyond the quoted scope, and any special requests approved before or during service, are charged at the rates set out in your Client Service Agreement and communicated to you before they apply.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST, which is itemized on your invoice.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors, including errors caused by a technical fault in the quoting tool, before confirming a booking. If a corrected price is higher, you may decline and any deposit paid will be refunded.

5. Bookings and deposits

Submitting a booking request through this site does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed once we have received your deposit and issued a confirmation. Deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms are set out in your Client Service Agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or refund right you have under British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BPCPA) or its regulations. Where these Terms and those statutory rights conflict, your statutory rights govern.

6. Information you provide

You agree that the information you give us — including your contact details, service address, property details, access instructions, and any allergies, sensitivities, or special conditions — is accurate and complete. We rely on it to quote correctly and to deliver the service safely, and we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

You are responsible for keeping any account or access credentials you share with us confidential and for notifying us promptly if they change.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings or inquiries;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its systems, or the data of other users;
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or overload the site;
• Interfere with the security features of the site or attempt to bypass them;
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes anyone's rights.

We may suspend or decline access to the site, or decline to provide services, where these terms are not met.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, illustrations, photographs, logos, and the Abar Solutions name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Abar Solutions and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Reviews and testimonials

Testimonials and reviews displayed on this site reflect the experiences of individual clients. Results vary with the property, the service selected, and the condition of the space, and a testimonial is not a guarantee that you will experience the same outcome.

If you submit a review or feedback to us, you grant us permission to publish it, in whole or in part, alongside your first name and general location, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

10. Third-party links and services

Our site uses third-party services for scheduling, payments, forms, and communication, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Website availability

We work to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site — including the online quoting tool — at any time without notice.

If the booking tool is unavailable, you can always reach us by phone or email using the details in section 16.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abar Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including lost data, lost opportunity, or business interruption.

Our liability in connection with the cleaning services themselves is governed by, and limited as set out in, your Client Service Agreement.

13. Privacy

Personal information you submit through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Marketing emails and text messages are sent only with your consent, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

14. Electronic communications and signatures

You consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including by email and text message in relation to your booking. Agreements presented through this site may be signed electronically, and an electronic signature or digitally confirmed acceptance is valid and binding to the same extent as a handwritten signature under the BC Electronic Transactions Act.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct written communication. If it cannot be resolved within fourteen (14) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies through the appropriate courts of British Columbia.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to resolve a dispute through mandatory arbitration or to waive any right to participate in a class proceeding.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Changes do not affect an appointment already confirmed under the previous terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will continue in full force.
